Can one choose a room for the workshop without knowing the program schedule? The Program Team has already fielded special requests and those are being taken into consideration as scheduling is being done. With 1000 workshops to match, we are generally doing the assignments based on range of logistical considerations. So, the short answer is no, you cannot choose a room. If you have a rationale for making a request, please forward that to Walda or Allison from Program. |
