10:30 - 11:00 Update and Talk from National Committee (USSF NPC reps) and an Update on Northeast Region History and Planning Process (Suren and Mike or Victor).

11:00 - 11:40 How people can use USSF to build relationships and network, with a discussion on prior social forum experiences (Facilitator: Mike M.)

11:40 - 12:00 Committee Reportbacks--5-10 mins each Working Group: Outreach (Point person: Kim), Fundraising (Point person: Mike M.), Media, and Programming (Point person: Jamie)

12:00 - 1:00 Lunch On Site

1:00 - 2:30 Break out sessions of Working Groups: Each Working Group will meet and discuss (1) immediate needs and goals and (2) develop a work plan for realizing these needs/goals. (Facilitator: Kim)

2:30 - 3:30 Reportbacks for Working Group break out sessions. (Facilitator: Kim)
