I would like to discuss how the "Just" People agency, an agency serving adults in the Atlanta area with developmental disabilities, went about creating and eventually building its own apartment complex, "The Village" which we moved into in November and December 2004.

I would cover the process in detail from inception to completion, including all the steps taken.
