These programs are designed to build confidence, self-esteem, determination and self-respect. UNCC, an organization of shared vision, resources and planning, across public and private boundaries, is dedicated to improving the life conditions of those persons who are caught in a cycle of poverty, dependency, and persistent social and economic disability, and is committed to the development and self-actualization of individuals in need.
