I wouldn't recommend tents in the backyard.

No. I'm sorry.

Pets?

Yes. Outdoor Dog is allowed. I have a house cat.

Can you accommodate kids?

Yes. Definetly, a child-friendly home. A park is across the street.

No garage. Drive way parking only.

No co-ed situations, unless it's one family renting all three bedrooms. Prefer to rent to females only, but will consider all male roommates. The location is very central to freeways and public transportation. Convenient to the West End Shopping Mall, library, bookstores, vegetarian and soul food restaurants, cultural centers, churches, and mosques.
