We believe that the only way to achieve true liberation for all peoples throughout the world is socialism.
FIST chapters have been active in opposing the US war and occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan; in defending victims of sexual assault and violence and in support of women's rights for reproductive healthcare; in organizing counter-recruitment campaigns; in defending immigrant communities and workers' rights.
