Organization Description

IFCO (Interreligious Foundation for Community Organization) is a 40 year old national faith-based organization based in Harlem, New York. IFCO coordinates admissions for U.S. applicants to the scholarship program for the Latin American School of Medicine in Havana, Cuba.

Session Description

A detailed view of the Cuban offer of full scholarships for U.S. students to study medicine in Cuba. All questions will be answered. All details of the recruitment and application process will be explained. Presentation will include views from the inside by currently enrolled students.

Videos and other visuals will be used to show the school facilities, interviews with U.S. students and details of the curriculum.

A question and answer period with follow the presentations.
