For this issue we decided that there are two possible routes we could take (more below), but we cannot begin to speak of of which is preferable until we have more information about who is doing the room scheduling? How many people? Who has final authority? Any kind of vetting that is taking place... etc.

The first option that we briefly discussed was a mixture of event module and cck, where sessions are type, as are locations. We relate sessions to to locations and slot them into at time with events. This is complicated and there are many immediate hurdles that we saw. Generally this will be time consuming and hard; on the upside it will have obvious tight integration benefits like hooking sessions to locations, and showing that on a map.

The second option is to use Online Resource Scheduler, which is GPL and written in PHP. This may or may not integrate with Drupal and may or may not actually meet the needs of the event. Either way, we should at least look into it, as it will broaden our
