Changing Workflow state of Tech Request

I don't seem to be able to change the workflow state of Tech Issues at this point, and changing them to read 'Accepted/Done' doesn't seem to do this. I clicked on the workflow tab, but do not see a place to change the state of a workflow.

If we are going to be using the workflow function to keep track of proposals, it is really important that this be functioning.

I'm on this. The workflow DOES change, and in the techissues list it shows up correctly - but when you view the node you still see the "status", which is incorrect. I'll take care of this.

Made 2 changes:
1) Somehow we failed to remove the "status" field from the techissue CCK definition. Took care of that.
2) workflow permissions prevented Ana (who is administrator but was not in ICT group) from editing workflow. I added Ana to ICT group.

As I think Jon G is experimenting with and found. I just submitted this workflow, and so it is changeable. But the older ones are not. Same issue with Proposals. This has to be solved BEFORE workflow can be meaningfully used by any of these committees.

If this was set as 'Accepted' by default, this would also be a problem. Because Jon's name was next tot eh workflow state 'Accepted' I am assuming that it was not set as a default.
