We on the proposal review committee would like to make it impossible for people to submit a proposal unless their organization has registered for the Forum.

It's not clear to me how the web site will know that the organization is actually registered already. Do we have a linkage between the proposing drupal account and organization registration?

Is the suggestion to match by organization name? If the organization name provided is not spelled exactly the same in both places, this could be problematic.

I don't know if we have someone who's able/willing to do this right now, but you can create a drop-down box that's populated from a PHP array variable.

Also, individuals have an "Organization Name" field - is this something we could pull from, and possibly deny access to the page (with a link to fix it) if that field is blank?
