My plan is to organize a train-the-trainer session for my (attendees) audience.

The proposed training module for the WOMEN'S project will focus on Advocacy, Organic Farmers, Agriculture, Human Rights Advisory, Economic Diagnosis, Social and Cultural Development, Immigrant Rights, Leadership Skill Development, NGOs Administration, Non profits, Poverty Reduction, Wealth & health Creation, Networking, Women’s Rights promotion and Youth Development Services.
