Completed. Put the links and menu's under the other applications places (with Vendors Proposals, Etc.). I added a hidden notes field. but am not sure how to access or edit it.

Because this is a 'webform' it is not a publishable piece. I am waiting for a reply from Selah as to why it would be necessary for this to be published (IE: viewable to non-authenticated users and searchable in web search engines).

our desire is to have a Media Registration Form just like the individual/organization registration forms. (in fact, the link would be directly below the other two). We'd then like to be able to extract and sort registrants info that they have submitted via the registration form.

Hopefully, this clarifies the rqst?

ps. in light of another tech rqst, is there a way that only allows an individual or organization to register as "media" once they have registered for the forum itself?
